The Fort Aguada was built by the Portugese and a visit to the fort will take you back to the days of their rule especially in the Lighthouse Jail. There are also several churches by the Aguada beach in Goa which are worth visiting. Aguada Beach is also famous for water sports like the Water Sports at Baga Beach which is 8km away. Foreign tourists mainly flock at the Fort Aguada and at the churches at the Aguada beach in Goa.
